Hope Week Assemblies Inspire High School Students

Hope Week produces motivational assemblies and collaborative weeks of school-based service that catalyze longer term school and community partnerships and wrap-around student supports.

Introduced in December 2013, thirty volunteers from twelve community organizations and churches teamed up with Hope in Motion to organize the inaugural #HopeWeekNYC tour. Principals and students alike raved about the results. The tour’s neighborhood partners have committed to provide regular encouragement to teachers for the duration of the academic year, and are planning year-end celebration assemblies at each school in May.

We at SchoolPartners.NYC are delighted to reintroduce Hope Week as a flagship initiative of our movement. Find out more here.
