SchoolPartners.NYC coordinates strategic collaboratives that help start or strength school partnerships citywide.
We call them “Onramps and Add-ons.” For community groups that have never before partnered with a school, these initiatives provide onramps to start a relationship. Where partnerships already exist, these efforts become add-ons to deepen trust and enhance impact.
ON-RAMPS
Not yet in partnership with a school? Our initiatives provide onramps to relationship.
ADD-ONS
Already in partnership with a school? Add value with any of our core initiatives.
#WESERVE
Loving schools well through service catalyzes trust and demonstrates that you’re serious about partnership. #WeServe organizes school-based service projects in three broad categories: Appreciation, Beautification, and Supplies.

Custom Assemblies
Hope Week also provides theme-based motivational assemblies for public middle and high school campuses year-round. Our dynamic communicators include veteran NYC youth workers, musicians, theater and spoken word artists. High energy and multimedia storytelling, combined with wrap around supports from our school partners, inspire student action, achievement, and sustainable change.
Assembly themes include: leadership and activism, positive identity, anti-bullying, and academic excellence. Principals may also request topics and customized programs that address specific needs of particular schools. Programs include the option of an after school “Meet and Greet” where students may interact with the communicators and artists.
